1. Who we are

This website is operated by AugmentusVentures LLC, registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER] ("Yuagari", "we", "us"). Throughout these terms, "you" means the person visiting the site or placing an order.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment details you give us are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

3. Products

Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse the skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colours, or images are exact — screens render colour differently, and soap is a natural product with batch variation in shade and scent intensity.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, or are prone to reactions, patch test before use and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping and any taxes or duties unless stated.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order.

5. Promotions and discounts

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Bundle pricing applies to the bundle as sold — partial returns from a bundle are refunded at the effective per-unit price paid, not the single-unit list price.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processors. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and the guarantee

Our Refund Policy, including the 60-day money-back guarantee, forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit for length or remove content at our discretion. We do not pay for reviews or condition any incentive on the review being positive.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Yuagari name and marks, text, photography, illustrations, layout and code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

17. Severability and entire agreement
